Shenling Polestar Pro series Commercial Quiet and Portable Heat Pump can run at -32℃ ultra-low ambient temperature and has 62℃ ultra-high outlet water temperature. It can be used for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water.
● Highly efficient heat exchanger:
The heat exchanger employs a dual-sided fin design with enhanced ventilation and internally threaded tubes, resulting in superior heat exchange efficiency. The implementation of corrugated aluminum fins significantly reduces the number of cuts, minimizes corrosion and dust accumulation, and extends the overall service life cycle.
● Efficient hermetic compressor:
A renowned international brand supplies the hermetic scroll compressor, which incorporates advanced scroll axial and radial flexible technology. This ensures both reliability and high efficiency in its operation. Equipped with a check valve, the compressor offers improved safety coefficients. It boasts an ultra-large capacity, exceptional resistance to liquid impact, and an extended service life.
● Low-noise axial fan with aluminum alloy construction:
The integrated axial flow fan, constructed from durable aluminum alloy, facilitates a substantial airflow volume, perfectly optimizing aerodynamic performance. The unique design of the fan blades, with toothed edges, effectively controls air turbulence, minimizing cyclonic effects and reducing wind noise.
● Highly efficient water-side heat exchanger:
The water-side heat exchanger features a state-of-the-art design, utilizing a stainless steel vacuum brazed plate construction and a double system cross diagonal flow structure. This configuration ensures sufficient and highly efficient heat exchange capabilities.
● High-precision throttling component:
At the heart of the system is a high-quality 480-class double electronic expansion valve with a wide regulation range. This valve dynamically and accurately matches the actual load demand in real-time, offering faster control speeds and precise adjustments.
● Y-type water filter:
To safeguard the system’s performance and reliability, a 20-mesh Y-type filter is thoughtfully integrated. Its purpose is to prevent the ingress of impurities into the system, thereby preventing any negative impact on performance. Additionally, the filter facilitates the subsequent cleaning of the water system, promoting ease of maintenance.
Refrigeration can cover the ambient temperature of 5~48℃ and heating can cover the ambient temperature of -32~30℃. Polestar series quiet heat pump is applicable for different ambient temperature areas.
● Plum heat exchanger: Unit 340 adopts a plum pattern heat exchanger with air inlet from all sides. Heat exchange capacity is about 15% higher than that of two C-type units.
● Ventilation column: The ventilation column is adopted to increase ventilation and enhance heat exchange, and there is no dead angle in 360 degrees for heat exchange.
● 4 side removable panel: Components of quiet heat pump water heaters are evenly arranged around the machine, and removable panels are used to facilitate after-sale maintenance, which can reduce the noise of the portable heat pump heater and prolong the life cycle of components.
● Compact structure & small floor space: Unit 340 covers only 4.84m2, which is only 76% of the floor space of two units 170 combined and the installation cost is low.
● U-tube dry shell-and-tube heat exchanger: A new type of high-efficient internal thread heat exchange tube with pure counter current is adopted, which has higher heat exchange efficiency. U-tube structure can reduce internal pressure loss, easy to clean and stronger anti-deposit ability.

In heating mode, the outlet water temperature can cover 30-62℃, which can meet the needs of different terminals such as floor heating, fan coil, and radiator.
